Conditions Treated/Specialties
I typically work with high-functioning adults who have undergone a recent stressor or are simply experiencing distress because their intentions and goals are not matching up with their reality. Treatment can be for common life challenges such as making a difficult decision, moderate problems such as adjusting to divorce, or more severe problems such as depression, anxiety/panic attacks, or obsessive behavior.
