Conditions Treated/Specialties

I typically work with high-functioning adults who have undergone a recent stressor or are simply experiencing distress because their intentions and goals are not matching up with their reality. Treatment can be for common life challenges such as making a difficult decision, moderate problems such as adjusting to divorce, or more severe problems such as depression, anxiety/panic attacks, or obsessive behavior.

but you can learn to surf.”

I have particular expertise in treating the following:

Depression/Sadness

Depression can be something that has been with you your whole life or can be triggered by a negative life event.

Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem and low self-confidence can interfere with the pursuit of relationships, education, career advancement, and other important areas of life.
